IPA 6.7% ABV A highly drinkable and hop forward favorite is back! The dry hopping of Mosaic, Mosaic cryo, and Idaho 7 hops provide an upfront aroma punch of citrus and hoppy dankness. Then taste the assortment of tropical fruit, berry, and citrus flavors that follow.
Sad Wings Imperial Stout with
Cacao and Vanilla 10.0% ABV A dark and rich imperial stout aged for over a year in bourbon barrels. Contains classic notes of dark chocolate, slightly sweet malt characteristics, and a balanced oaky-bourbon. This batch was aged further on vanilla and cacao nibs!
Time to Bounce
IPA 6.2% ABV KEGS ONLY "Your time to bounce and I mean every ounce...bounce to the music!" A highly drinkable unfiltered IPA with a balanced bitterness and a lower ABV. The dry-hopping trio of Nelson Sauvin cryo, Nectaron, and Sabro cryo bring heaps of sweet tropical fruit, citrus, and stone fruit aromas and flavors.

Mumme's the Word
Schwarzbier German-style Dark Lager 5.3% ABV A dark lager that's highly drinkable due to a lighter body, dry mouthfeel, and a clean lager character. It showcases roasted yet smooth malt flavors. Smell and enjoy the roasted, coffee-like aromas before you take a drink. Then taste the malt flavors shine with characteristics of biscuits and hints of chocolate.
Double Raspberry
Fruited Sour Ale 6.2% ABV Oak barrel-aged fruited sour ale blended and aged with whole fruit gold and red raspberries from Sterino Farms in Puyallup. A balanced acidity, slight oak character and jammy fruit flavor lead to a dry finish.

O'Leary's
Coffee Milk Stout 7% ABV Available Nitro draft Last batch for this season Our Fall & Winter Classic is back! O'Leary's is roasty, malty sweet, and chocolatey smooth. The addition of lactose creates a full body to tie in all these delicious stout aromas and flavors. Then we used beans from our wonderful friends at Outer Dark Coffee here in Tacoma. We cold infused their house espresso blend, Form & Void, into the beer for 24 hours. This is the PNW after all!
Adventures of Zelda
Barrel-aged Farmhouse Ale 6.4% ABV A bier de coopage—it's of old and new! This beer is a wonderful blend of '24 oak barrel-aged Zelda blended with the new '25 Zelda. Harmoniously crafted, to bring together notes of oak, funk, and mature acidity.

Sapphire Bullets
West Coast IPA 6.6% ABV 1/6BBL ONLY A hop-forward, balanced west coast IPA and like a great jazz improvisation, it's crafted to allow wonderful and creative hop flavors to shine through. The dry-hopping is mostly Citra hops with a touch of Motueka hops—a duo that provides the ripe tropical fruit flavors and aromas like mango, guava, and citrus!
