Pogostick Nelson
IPA 6.3% ABV Our latest Pogostick single hop IPA series is showcasing Nelson Sauvin hops, sourced from multiple different farms in New Zealand. There's early and late season hops along with Cryo hops, the concentrated lupulin, resin and oil-rich pellets. Delight in Nelson Sauvin's defining characteristics of white wine, grape, passionfruit, and a slight hoppy dankness!
Starbreaker
West Coast IPA 6.5% ABV Get ready for a beer voyage amongst the stars! Starbreaker is a clear, crisp, and moderately bitter west coast style IPA. A dry-hopping of Strata, Citra cryo, Bru-1, and Galaxy hops form an aromatic constellation of hoppy dankness, pithy orange, grapefuit, and tropical fruit flavors!
Planetary Citizen
Hoppy Lager 4.4% ABV We're planetary citizens of the human race and we want to make the world a better place! Planetary Citizen is a light and crushable light lager featuring Germany's Hull Melon and Mandarina Bavaria hops. Wonderful aromas and flavors of delightful orange, melon, lime, and some herbal notes!
The Bearer
Robust Porter 5.6% ABV The Bearer has returned! Our classic porter is back and as drinkable and delicious as ever. A malty beer that delivers a hint of coffee-like roast on the nose with a balanced flavor of roasted malts and a slight chocolate note. A smooth drink with a pleasant dryish finish.
Vertigo
IPA 6.5% ABV A favorite is back! Vertigo is a highly drinkable IPA featuring the uniqueness of Nelson Sauvin and Sabro hops. Up front, take in the aromas of bright citrus, orange and tangerine. After a sip, enjoy the delightful flavors of more tropical fruit, white grape, and gooseberry!
Swords & Sorcery
IPA 7.0% ABV Roll the dice on this complex underworld hop flavor journey! Dry hopped with New Zealand's Rakau and NW-grown Mosaic and Citra Cryo hops! It's hazy with a soft mouthfeel and bursts with a mango tropical fruit aroma followed by flavors like peach, grapefruit, and a nice hoppy finish!

Mind & Time
West Coast IPA 7.0% ABV Beautifully crisp and clear West Coaster heavily hopped with El Dorado Cryo, Idaho 7 Cryo, and Mosaic hops! Loads of mango, tangerine/grapefruit citrus and a slight dank resin note.

Browns Point
Cascadian Dark Ale 7.5% ABV This one was brought to you through collaboration with Browns Point Homebrew Club's, Dustin Striplin, for Tacoma Beer Week 2026! A delicious dark brown colored ale with a supportive and sweet malt flavor. Centennial lupo, Simcoe cryo, and CTZ hops provide wonderful aromas of pine, bright citrus, and a slight floral touch! Cheers to Tacoma beer!
Bao
American Barleywine 9.8% ABV Named after the new otter pup, Bao, which made their public debut at the Point Defiance Zoo this past weekend! This beer is a copper-colored strong ale that is a well-balanced act between malty sweetness, hoppy bitterness, and a dry, yet full bodied finish! Cascade cryo, Citra, and Chinook hops provide a classic hop profile with notes of citrus, pine, and resin!

Dark Passenger
Imperial Stout 10.0% ABV A classic big, malty, and full-bodied stout! Dark passenger lets all the dark, roasted malt flavors shine. Enjoy a depth of aroma and flavors like roasted coffee, cocoa, and bittersweet chocolate with a warming alcohol finish!

Adventures of Zelda
Barrel-aged Farmhouse Ale 6.4% ABV A bier de coopage—it's of old and new! This beer is a wonderful blend of '24 oak barrel-aged Zelda blended with the new '25 Zelda. Harmoniously crafted, to bring together notes of oak, funk, and mature acidity.
Chromatic Enclosure
Peach Wild Ale 6.0% ABV Chromatic Enclosure is a multiple barrel blended wild ale further aged on peaches from Yakima! A melodic experience that begins with a nice depth of funky aromas leading to an approachable tartness with bright acidity and notes of fresh peach flavors!

Sad Wings Imperial Stout with
Cacao and Vanilla 10.0% ABV A dark and rich imperial stout aged for over a year in bourbon barrels. Contains classic notes of dark chocolate, slightly sweet malt characteristics, and a balanced oaky-bourbon. This batch was aged further on vanilla and cacao nibs!

Tacoma Brew Kolsch 4.8% ABV Our nod to the Northern German classic cold fermented ale. A LIGHT, CLEAN, AND DELICIOUS BEER!
T-Dome Pils German-Style Pilsner 5.1% ABV Brewed with 100% German hops and malt. A crisp, refreshing pilsner brewed in honor of Tacoma's largest landmark.
Don of Time NW Pale Ale 5.2% ABV Brewed and dry-hopped with only Yakima grown hops: Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra, and Comet. Citrus, melon, and pine resin characteristics.
Rowdy & Dick
Amber Ale 5.8% ABV Named after the last two horses at the historic Engine House No. 9! This flagship is a NW style amber brewed with British malts and NW hops.
